A high-rise condominium project comprising 4 buildings with a total of 1,941 residential units.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with contractors, the project owner, and co-owners to organize repair teams for defect rectification.
Coordinate communication between Chinese sales representatives, Chinese co-owners, and the contractor to resolve issues within the unit.
Handle procurement and hiring for common property assets to ensure convenience for co-owners.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support the management operations of the building management and maintenance teams.
Develop dashboards to monitor the progress of defect notifications and repair timelines, aimed at expediting contractor performance.
Review and screen content for announcements and notifications to co-owners.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Building Manager and Juristic Manager.

Led the building staff and maintenance team through the 2025 earthquake crisis.
